Wissam Tanios

Wissam Tanios studied Cinema at IESAV. The Cinema that tackles subjects like family, detachment, grief and human relationships is his favorite.

His documentary Aftermath won Best Documentary at the Lebanese Film Festival in 2012. It was also selected at many festivals. Departures his second short film was competing in many film festivals in Rome, Marseilles, Turkey, Dubai, Iran, Sydney and Beirut, and won the best narrative short at the 2nd Annual Alwan Awards, New York.
